Any idea what model Beretta these parts came from?

It's the post W W II, commercial version of the Model 1934. The early military .32's used prior to and during W W II were known as Model 1935's. I don't know if the post W W II commercial Beretta's were physically different other then the barrel and markings between the .32's and .380's? 0 -

I believe that is what was known as a Model 935, which is the commercial pistol that the Snowman already mentioned. That style of Beretta markings on the stocks have not been used since the early 1960s so that gun has been around for a while. 0 -
