I might be interpreting the serial number wrong but it appears to be a nickeled gun made in 1976.

most series 70 GOLD CUP pistols start with 70N not with 70 N as the last part of the serial number . With that said during this period of time there were almost as many exceptions as STANDARD markings I feel sure your pistol was made 1971.
