Taurus 66 screw missing
My father recently passed on to me his old style taurus mod66 in 357, I noticed it is missing a screw from the sideplate on the right side and have been trying to find a replacement, I have not had much luck reaching taurus being the holiday weekend and all and don't really want to send it off to them just for a screw. I ran a search online and found numrich but they are sold out on the screw I need.
I have also checked on the auction side and no luck.
Are there any websites that anyone could suggest or does anyone know the size and thread so that I could check else where?

Do you have a K frame S&W to try a screw from? I think they used S&W tooling to make their stuff. Note the screw that holds the crane is "fitted". Maybe someone here has a correct to sell. 0 -
