Walther PP PPK QUESTION

I picked up a Walther made sometime before or during the war in 32 caliber. It has the Waffenamp markings. How can i tell if it's a PP or PPK?

The model should be stamped on the slide.

My PP in .32 produced near the end of the war does indeed bear the PP mark on the slide as Neal says. Yours should also.

PPk grips are wraparound while PP grips are panels.

The PP is a bit larger overall. But agreed, on the left side of the slide it should list the model.

Standard mag for PP holds 8 rounds, one more than PPK.
