Remington 700. Is the scroll work factory?

I'm 99.9 % sure the floorplate engraving is factory.

Yes, factory, its called the Embellished model. I had one in .17 Rem and another in 7MM Rem Mag.

Yes, as has been said already, it is factory. Mine is like yours, but on a 7mm ultra mag. I believe Remington only did this particular engraving for a year or two, around 1996, and they called it "fine line engraving". I've seen it on several Remington rifles and shotguns of various models.

yes factory, dad has 2 of those guns ^ is talking about 12 dont remember model and a 30-06 700
