This is off a Mini 14. Would like to know who made it and approximate value. I would like to sell it on GB, but have to know what to call it. Thanks.

  According to a response in the link you just put up, your image depicts a version of a "hellfire" trigger, as depicted in this cheesy 1980's looking video:

  No idea what that particular version is worth (or if its even legal to attach to a gun), but the low-end clip on ones are available right now on the auction site for about $30.
