.32 Rimfire Headstamp

I have some 32 rimfire cartridges that have an "H" headstamp. Who made these and are they old or South American new production?

  It's been a long time, but I seem to remember that all the old rimfire ammo made by Winchester had that "H" headstamp.
  
  It was in honor of Tyler Henry. He was the man who designed the Model 1860 "Henry" rifle, that was chambered for the .44 rimfire cartridge. It was the first of the successful Winchester Lever Actions.
