  Do you need the bases or the detachable loops? The Jap copies of the 52 sporters had them. Don't know if they're available as a part.

  Super Grade bases and swivels are often available on E-Bay. In fact, I think there are two sets of swivels currently up for auction on E-Bay, one set with a leather sling.
