does any body know what type powder the winchester or remington use to load any of these rounds ? grady_mitchell2002@yahoo.com

In both cases it is a "NON-CANISTER" type of powder. It was never available to the public for loading ammo. Are you planing to play Russian Roulett?

Remember when you go up in diameter, you increase the speed of the powder to match the volume being displaced.

8 guage Industrial Shells - atopic near and dear to my heart since I worked at Medusa Cement company in the summers of 1970 -1973. I actually fired the carriage gun and witnessed hundreds of rounds being fired at huge "clinkers as they moved down an inferno of melting rock in one of the 3 kilns our plant had. Better than LSD!!!

The ones I have seen appeared to have a zinc projectil.
