strange size primers(federal)
found some 45ACP federal 45 acp brass to reload but the primer pockets are to small for LPP and to big for SPP. Any know whats up with this?

Probably thar "green-clean" stuff that's around.They are supposed to be lead free. They are supposed to have small pistol primers though.

You didn't mention the vintage of the brass you're trying to reload, but during the war years some 45's were loaded with a primer that was .204 dia. 0 -
