Who is making the new 17 Hornet brass?

Does anyone know who will making brass for the new 17 Hornet?

  Hornady does since it's their cartridge.

  What's the difference in case dimensions between a 17 Ack Hornet and the new Hornady 17 Hornet? Are they interchangable?

  I have seen no drawings(blueprints) of the 17 Hornet yet, but I am quite sure it is not the same as the 17 Ackley Hornet. At least on the shoulder/neck end. I am quite sure that one should be able to be fired in the other though. I could be srong about that.
