Rebluing my old Browning BLR

I have an old Belgium BLR and wonder where would be a good place to send it to be reblued. I contacted the Browning factory, and they wont do it.

Have you considered supporting a local guy? You can usually see thier work first hand and it saves on shipping.

He would not be local and you would have to ship it, but I use Mel Doyle out of Plummer ID. 208-686-1006. Give him a call.

If all else fails, look in the Telephone Book under Gunsmiths, Gun Shops or Gun Dealers.
