Haunt the auction side. Or find a shotgun barrel and maybe have a liner put in it.

These rifle barrels are sort after and if you see one for sale you better grab it . Neat little rifle but you damage collector value if you drill and tap for mounting scope.

I have a 12 gauge barrel. Just would like a rifle barrel. Is there a company that would make an aftermarket barrel. For a low price.

No one would make such a new barrel for "a low price" as much more complicated than a straight screw-in type barrel. It might be possible to cut off a shotgun barrel and sleeve the breech end for one of the smaller cartridges, but use of a high pressure cartridge such as .22 Hornet would also require bushing the breech for a smaller diameter firing pin.

I had a few of these some time back. 30-30 and .22 Hornet are out there but not necessarily easy to find. .25-20 and .32-20 were made but extremely difficult to find. They also may require some fitting. Fun guns. I still have one in .22 Hornet with a period scope on it.

I had a 220 about 40 years ago with both 30-30 and 12 Ga. barrels , it was in good condition too . I swapped it for something that's long gone and very depresiated !
