  It is not exactly a "one-of-a-kind". Winchester manufactured a total of (27) International Match Rifles in August of 1913 for the Palma Match. All (27) were made for a special rimmed 30-06 cartridge that was made by Winchester for the competition. I have thoroughly documented all (27) of the International Match Rifles in my manuscript (personal records).
  
  The ported muzzle is not original to that rifle, nor is the Winchester A5 Telescope, or the front and rear sights. As it was originally equipped, it had a Winchester windguage globe front sight with the knurled adjustment knob cut off and a slot cut in the end of the adjusment screw (for a flat-tip screwdriver), and the rear sight was a Mid-range vernier tang sight.
