Bushmaster ar question
Hello all, i am in the market for an ar-15 and at gandermountain the other day and i looked at a current production bushmaster M-4 carbine. This rifle was made in New York not in windham MA , because remington purchased bushmaster does this mean the rifle is no longer made on bushmaster tooling? It seemed to be more commercial looking then the original bushmasters i handeled years ago, should i go with a differnt brand?

The previous owner of Bushmaster has reopened their old plant in Maine under the name Windham Weaponry and is cranking out AR's using a large number of former Bushmaster employees.
I'm not sure, but this leads me to believe none of the old tooling was moved to NY.0
