Diamondback .380- Owner's input/opinion [?]

I am in search of a pocket concealed carry pistol.I like the feel of this pistol,but am aware of some problem's in the past with FTF,FTE & breakages.My dealer say's they are a thing of the past.Any input into the purchase of this handgun much appreciated.[?]
