9MM barrel sleeve gunsmith?

I have a shot out barrel for a Star 9MM Largo that I would like to have sleeved and chambered for a 9MM luger. Any one know of a good gunsmith that does this?

  There's a guy in Florida that I use, but you can simply search "BARREL RELINING" for one close to you. All that probably is required is a small sleeve spacer in the chamber. No big deal.

  Wouldn't it be cheaper and better to get a 9mm barrel blank and have it machined to match the outside of the old Largo barrel?
