.250 Ace

Has anyone ever heard of the .250 Ace? I ran across a chambering reamer for it made by H&M reamers. Just wondering what it is/was.

  According to a GOOGLE search, it's one of Harvey Donaldsons wildcats, dating to the 1940's, or perhaps even earlier. Necked down 30-40 Krag brass was used as the basis. If this is correct, capacity wise your looking at something similar to a rimmed .257 Roberts.
