Steyr 1911
Recently someone approached me asking if I wanted to buy there Steyr 1911 dated 1918. Apparently it one of their relatives brought it back from war.They are asking $200 for it. Can you tell me if this is a good price for it?

Sounds good to me, assuming nice condition.
Which war? Is it an Austrian WW I issue in 9mm Steyr or a later German takeover set up for 9mm P and marked "08"?0 -

I am not sure which war its from. I have not seen the gun yet. I think he said ww1 but i am not sure.0 -
One Steyr-Hahn on the auction side two months ago in excellent condition, with holster for $610. It had the Chilean Crest which he said made it worth twice as much.
There are a couple others that sold for around $500.
If yours is in decent shape, go for it.0
