    The Model 155 was/is called the SHIKARI (Asian Indian word for "big game hunter.")
    These were originally chambered for the .45-70 Govt or the .44 S&W Magnum. They were made between 1973 and 1981. Current retail value for one in EXCELLENT condition seems to top $275. Lesser grades drop pretty quickly down to around $155 for 90% Condition. Not many come up for sale, at least from what I see, scanning the auction sites on-line.
    I own one in .45-70 and have enjoyed shooting it in the past, haven't had it out lately - nice piece of equipment for the "accomplished" deer hunter IMHO.
