How do I contact Gunbroker ?
My new credit card is exactly the same as my old one except the expiration date. When I typed in the info the response was that it was already on file and expired. How can I talk to or contact an actual living Gunbroker person to get this resolved ?

Go to your account, click on billing info, then edit your credit card from there.

You might want to delete the existing card first and then re-enter it as a new card with the new expiration date. 0 -
from my experience your notified a month before the card expires for some reason so my card is still good but they say it's expired anyway you can edit the credit card but you must put all information in for your card as though it were a new card, you can't just change the expiration dates, after you do it once you'll know what to do every couple of years, it's just like adding a new card. 0 -
I have to admit, I've just learned something right here on the forums [about the correct procedure of an auction side issue].
Now, if more posts were able to be resolved at the user level (such as this one was), then, perhaps the folks over on the auction side wouldn't be bombarded with problems that us forum-ites could handle.
So, my request to the high and mighty throne-sitters:
How about you wait somewhat prior to locking, (EDIT thanks, Spider) and see if the auction side problem can be resolved? Perhaps there's too much shoving over to the auction side for something basic that can be answered here?
We're all in this together, folks. It's called 'division of labor'. Neat concept, huh? Joe0
