Ship to Canada
I have a 5rd sks mag with 15 stripper clips fs on gunbroker.Can I ship this item to Canada?I dont have a FFL.

I had an auction for Glock firing pin, it was clearly marked ship to Lower 48. Received a bid and sale from person in Canada. I'm not opposed to sale or shipping to Canada, but I'm not at all familiar with laws that may govern or restrict such a transaction. I'm in Texas.
Do "ask the experts" know if this sale and shipping would be legal?

Has he contacted you? Many Canadian buyers maintain a US Post Office box in a town or city across the border near their home city so that they can pick up parts in the USA and then take them back to Canada themselves. This allows you to make the sale without having to ship into Canada itself and all of the related paperwork involved. Right now exporting any kind of firearms parts is extremely touchy business and I won't do it. If you clearly stated shipping only inside the USA and no foreign sales and he wants the part exported then I would not honor his bid. 0 -
Don't! It's not worth the hassle. Canada has very strict gun laws as compared to the States. I was talking to some of their snowbirds awhile back. You can't so much as buy a box of .22 ammo with out having a license issued by their government. You trying to send a Glock part over the border might really get their panties in a knot. 0 -

I ship Pre-1897 guns to Canada on a regular basis. If the buyer provides you with a CFC letter, it is no problem at all. 0 -
Exactly what Joel Black said, it's not too involved shipping antiques up there. I had a customer lead me through it the first time, now I've pretty much got it figured out.
