Can You Identify Who's Frame

Was found in one of my late father-in-law's drawer recently.
No manufacturer name on it and the few markings shown in the pictures.
All help is appreciated.

  Looks like either model(s) 1934/35 Beretta to me.
  
  Edit #1, Unless you can get a good deal on the parts from a private party as SK noted, it would cost way to much money to buy them off the used parts dealers. This model Beretta has been out of production since the 50's. Because of this your probably looking at least couple of hundred with no guarantee that the parts will be in good shape.

  That would be my answer too. If the frame works it wouldn't be all that hard to buy slide, barrel and grips to get the thing functioning. Numrich probably has all the parts.

  That is why I was hoping to identify it.
  Trigger to hammer works fine.

  All those parts from Numerich would cost you several hundred dollars. Better to watch for parts kits on GB. I put a 1903 Colt and a couple of HS .22 automatics together for less than $200 each and all I started with was the frame.
