Would a Sako AV chambered in 7mm Rem mag have a magazine box length long enough to accept the 300 H&H or would a new magazine box need to be fabricated?

How about the follower?

  The magazine box should be fine. I would think the follower would work, but don't take that to the bank. There should be someone along who has more knowledge on this matter.
