    Don't appear to be Japanese military issue holsters to me. I have seen similar holsters that have been brought back from Asia by G.I.'s They had them made by local shoemakers/leather workers for souvenir handguns that they obtained.

    Typically the PAPA & the T14 had clam shell holsters, so they could carry the cleaning rod and the extra firing pin. However I'm not sure this holster isn't for the T26 revolver!?? You might check that out. Good Luck!

    +1 on above,,don't believe thats for the revolver either. Looks like a 50s-60s era American .
