Green Tipped .50 Cal. Bullets
I know that black tipped bullets are armor piercing and I think (?) that red denotes tracer ammo, but what about GREEN?

Cartridge is identified by a green tip with a grey ring, and can be used in any .50 caliber weapon in US inventory with the exception of the M85 machine gun.0 -

I sure wouldn't. Since 9/11 the feds don't much of a sense of humor about that kind of stuff. Sending it through the mail would just be a invitation for a 6AM door kicking by the JBT's.0 -
Do NOT I say again NOT send thru US mail. While not a Destructive Device (too small) it IS an incediary, and not mailable. Neither is powder, primers, matches, or butane lighters.
And the Postal Inspection Service DOES have a VERY high conviction rate.0 -

See if you can get a .50 cal ball round. Dip the point in green paint.
