308 deluxe custom sporter

i have a bolt action rifle with a 20 inch barrel its only markings are deluxe custom sporter cia st alb vt 308 w serial # 3810 the stock is smooth with no checkering or markings,the bottom plate by the trigger does not open but will hold 3 cartridges. looking for the maker and the value
