O/U barrel fitting problem

I have an italian made O/U made by IAB. Its very high quality. I bought a second gun by the same maker. Its not the same model but the design seems exactly the same. The barrels fit and the action closes but the ejectors don't work and the gun wont cock. My hope is to use one forend with 3 different barrels. I have looked closely at the forends and I can't even guess why they are not even close to working.

  The mechanisms of O/U's are handfitted by skilled craftsman to function correctly. The only hope you have to get all 3 set of barrels to function correctly on one receiver with one forearm is to take it to shotgun gunsmith who specializes in O/U's. Even then it might not work. O/U shotguns aren't made with the same Mil-Spec interchangeable parts and tolerances like G.I. 1911's and M 16's.

  Hello Very clear when looking at the picture of TWO barrel sets show the fact that The extractor on one set and the ejector on the other have a different NOSE shape. The other thing is the L shape at the breach end that contacts the RIM is toward the top of one barrel set and toward the bottom on the other barrel set

  yes as Perry pointed out the extractors are different. You may try driving out the thru pins and swapping the extractor. If that works you will then have to make a duplicate of the correct one.
  All said and done why don't you take the second spare o/u and make it as close as possible in fit and weight/balance to the first o/u. And you will have a near matched pair. A complete working matched spare. Not just a extra set of barrels.
  You may have fit problems with barrel(s) face/breech/hindge pin with the spare barrels on your first action. You said it closes but there is more to it than that.

  Gentelmen, what you are looking at is a relief cut for the side of extractor. There will be an identical Mirrored cut on the other side of both barrel sets.
  Nevermind. Just took a closer look at what you gentelmen are seeing.
  
  DJH, inorder to fit the barrel sets you will need to have the action Re-pinned so the pivot pin matches both barrel sets. You will then need to fit the forend iron and it's mating points on both barrel sets.
  
  You are going to need a Qualified smith to do both. A new forend iron may also be required as the one you have may not have enough metal to properly mate with the new barrel set.
