What type magazine is this?

I got a Colt 45 the other day that had several magazines with it. I can't find a mark or stamp anywhere on this one. Is there supposed to be a lanynard loop on this one? Does it have any value as is? Think I should make a loop for this one?

  It's just a generic 1911 mag with holes for a pad.
  Worth about $5.00
