FN P-35 date of manufacture

I am looking for a date of manufacture on a FN high power S/N 4409x. This has the tangent sight and a slot for a stock. I cannot find any Nazi proof marks on it either.

  Check the frame, (trigger guard and internal areas covered by slide) for a single digit number enclosed in a partial square or diamond. This is how FN dated their post W W II HP's. If the pistol your inquiring about is pre war, ( 1935-1940 ), we would need quality photos of all markings.

  Besides records being spotty to nonexistent, these pistols were manufactured for multiple countries and serial runs often varied from one contract to the next.
  
  Further details/pics of the pistol would be required for even a reasonable estimate.
