I have a RRA AR15 complete lower. I want to put a RRA 9mm complete upper on it. What is needed to change the mag well to accept 9mm mags. What brand of mags would I be able to use? thanks.

  You need what is called a conversion block adapter. Brownells sells a number of different types/models. Unfortunately the better ones aren't inexpensive.
  
  EDIT #1, You also might try Midway they carry a lot of AR stuff, and their prices are better then Brownells

  Rock River sells the conversion block adapter. You also might check on the auction side.
  
  Please note, you may have to change the hammer on the lower for one designed for 9 mm also.
  
  IIRC, there are two kinds of magazine feed systems for the AR in 9 mm. One is an Olympic style that uses Glock mags. The other is the Colt style that uses either converted Uzi mags or Colt type magazines. I believe the RR adapter uses the Colt type mags.
