Well, what would you like to know? It is made for Weatherby by Anschutz, and if I am not mistaken, it is on the Model 64 action.
If you are not set on a Weatherby, I would look for a Remington 541 S, or a Browning A-Bolt...both in the used market. If you want the absolute best American made 22LR bolt action, then there is the Cooper Model 57, in various dress options.

EDIT 1
Yes, that is a good thing. While not supposed to be as good as the 54 actons, they are still better than most folks can shoot. I have a Anschutz "Woodchucker", in 22 WMR, made for RSR wholesale about 25 years ago. It will smack a dime everytime at 100 yards, with the right ammo, on a calm day.

THANKS for the reply tsr1965.I was mainly wanting to know if the mark xxii's some of you guys might have or have shot were good accurate guns and had decent factory triggers on them.I didn't realize its action is an Anshutz model 64,that is a good thing right?THANKS 0 -
Anshutz, yes, definitely a good thing. Check the used market for both the A and W versions and may have a few extra bucks for ammo. A 54 actions is one of my dreams, but I've had the other and they're great little rifle. Good trigger, beautifully made, and as accurate as any sporter around. 0 -
I bought one new couple years ago. Very accurate and not fussy about ammo type. Well pleased. 0
