We need the barrel code to help you. It's in the form of letters stamped on the left side of the barrel, just forward of the receiver.

EDIT #1, I make it out to be July 1947.

It a code on the underside of the bbl. See sticky at top of page.

yours is July 1947

And mine is one the best 22 I have ever owned though it's not fond of the current bulk pack crap ammo.
