No info in my database, as all .30 M1 carbine produced in the U.S. was non-corrosive from the very beginning of production during WWII.

Perhaps a little detective work? The .45ACP lot number RA5544 dates to September 1952. Could this info be used to at least get you in the ballpark?

I'm guessing somewhere during the inter-war years, or very early Korean War era. Best I could do, because the extrapolation may be totally innaccurate. Wish I could help more.

That info used to be able to find on this PDF file, but the feds moved the file. If anyone can direct me to the new site I would appreciate it.
