Marlin Glenfield model 30A
A friend asked me to adjust the trigger on his 30-30, pull is to a bit hard. Told him probably not a matter of adjustment, rather polishing.
I have worked on stocks and stock fitting but am not a certified gunsmith to work on the mechanical side so am not going to attempt this unless it is a simple matter.

you are right, the sear and hammer interface are what need to be polished. not for the inexperienced. 0 -
