  Yes.
  
  The .20 Practical is the .223 Rem. case necked down to take .20 caliber bullets. It is indeed the most 'practical' of the .20 calibers except for the .17 Rem. Fireball necked up to .20 caliber.
  
  The .20 Tactical is the same .223 Rem. case necked down but the shoulder is pushed back slightly. Brass is factory available through Lapua.
