I have a IVER JOHNSON model 1900 with no serial number. Is this considered a relic and can be sold without an FFL?

  There should be a serial number on the grip frame under left grip panel that will identify the year made.

  you can sell it face to face to anyone (resident of)in your home state if your state allows this. or to a ffl in any state, you don't HAVE to sell it "through a ffl".
