How many 158gr. bullets can I get out of a 7lb. ingot of Hardball Alloy?

  7000 grains to the pound.
  
  So 44.3 per pound, assuming you have no loss, waste, etc.

  According to my calculations 310, if you have no wasted alloy. I would count on 300-305.

  Just sold 845 lbs of soft lead from an xray room for reloading.
  845 x 44 = 37180 bullets. He is going to be shooting for a while.
