Charles Daly scope
My Grandfather passed away and left me a Rem .243 w/ a Charles Daly 4x32 scope on it. I can't seem to find any info on these scopes. Do they make them any more? Or is this something I should remove and place somewhere safer, than on a gun I plan to use for coyote hunting?

Who made Charles Daly scopes? I have a 3-9x40 that will not focus at any power higher than 3. Any idea on what kind of warranty it has? 0 -
None,,,some Jap made and I believe some Korean made.,,don't believe they market that name anymore 0 -
I have one of the Charles Daly imported scopes. It was made in Japan. There is no warranty that I know of. I honestly don't consider these worth the cost of repairs. I also have a Tasco with the same problem. I leave it on low power and have it on an old .22 rifle. I pretend that it's a fixed 3 power. 0 -
Charles Daly or KBI is out of business. No one picked up the warrantee's on any of thier products. Junk the scope or just use it as a 3 x on a beater gun.. 0 -
Google ABO (USA), Inc. They can and will fix about any scope. You will have to pay for it, though. They've fixed a couple discontinued and an off-brand scope for me. You will have to decide whether it's worth it. 0
