Mosin Nagant 1891 Dragoon Rifles?

Are pre-1930 and some pre-1932 1891 Mosin Nagants considered Dragoon rifles?

  follow the website as noted above. I have a Izhvsk 91/30, reciever stamped 1925. It was rearsenalled,however,according to the markings, i have a dragoon reciever, but the barrel and sights are from the standard rifle design. So u have to look at every aspect of the rifle to be sure what u have.
