I have a few older High Standard pistols and am pretty up to speed on the different magazines, but not 100%. I just bought an early "Sport King" with the lever system barrel change, not the later "button" type. I'm not quite certain which magazine to buy. Numrich, other sellers tend to list the Sport King all as one and an M-100. Not sure if this apples to the earliest versions. Checking the Triple K website hasn't provided a definite answer either.
Anyone got an early Sport King and can direct me to which one fits?0 -
Originals haven't been made for years, they tend to be kind of pricy if you can even find them. I've seen folks asking as much as $80 for them.
Triple K makes repos that I've had good luck with, even though their not the same quality as the originals. You can either get them direct from Triple K or many other retailers and on-line sources sell them as "replacement magazines" under their name not Triple K's.0 -
Both Brownells and High Standard in Houston have new High Standard magazines which are higher quality than the Triple K magazines. Any of these magazine may require adjustment but the Brownells and the Houston magazines are less likely to need it and will hold their adjustment. 0 -
