New Browning Citori Micro Midas O/U purchase
I recently purchased a new O/U for my wife. This model is designed for Youth/Women. I was quit surprised to find the amount of force it takes to push the top lever to eject or open the action since this gun was designed for a youth or a woman I have owned other O/U's from Browning so I understand the concept of the gun being "tight" at first but this seems more than excessive. If it still remains tight what options do I have if any? I was not able to compare this to another identical model gun since no one carried this model in stock so I had to buy it site unseen. Not normally what I like to do when I purchase a gun but there are very few gun shops (I didn't find any)that carry this model on dsplay or Youth models. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I don't know if this will help any but I also just bought a Browning Citori and it too was very tight and still is after a few hundred rounds. I hope it lightens up soon as its a pain to open. I have tried opening and closing it a thousand times and even tried tooth paste. I have not tried rubbing compound but that is next. They need to make them open and work easier. 0 -
Shooting it will help, shoot it a lot and it will start to open easier after a case or two of shells. 0
