Good Buy?????????
I just purchased a S&W MP45, with ambi safety, new for $399 on the GB auction side. S&W is giving a $50 rebate to military ret. and active, and disabled vets. That makes it $349.
I own plenty of S&W wheelguns, but this is my first S&W semi. Are the M&P45's a good buy? I'm fairly confident that the price is good, but what about the quality of the M&P's? Thanks for your help.[8D]

Price is excellent,
Guns are reliable, generally well-regarded, and have Smith and Wesson standing behind them (so if there is ever a problem, they'll take care of you).
Smith designed this gun specifically to take market share back from Glock (which had been eating Smith's "lunch". . .domestic US police sales. . .for about two decades).
If you like the gun, you got a great deal.0
