Attn: M-1 Carbine experts
I have a Standard Products carbine with serial # 20957XX, it has the early flip rear sight but the later front band with the bayonet lug. Could this be correct? The rear sight is marked IN-B, front band is KI. Has a Quality(Q-NL) trigger group and bolt is marked "O". Any info on this would be appreciated, O'by the way the stock is a high wood type marked IO(Inland).

No, the bayonet lug indicates a replacement barrel band. But, it doesn't really matter, you have a mixed part gun, likely rebuilt. Stock markings might tell us more.

Is there a stake mark on the receiver by the rear sight? 0 -

Army guns were updated when improved parts came out.
To find an early carbine having all original parts tells me it was not issued to a regular Army unit but was in deep storage somewhere, foreign army inventory or it was stolen early in the game.0
