1860 Spencer Info
Hello,
I have an 1860 Spencer carbine with a 22" barrel serial# 15295. It has the Name "E.C.Fuller" in the left side of the receiver made from dots that form the letters in the name. Any Info would help. Thank You.

At this late date, 145+ years after it was made, no realistic way to ascertain who he was and when the Spencer was in his possession. Not likely done during the Civil War, the Union Army took dim view of solders engraving their names on GI firearms. It could have been owned and marked by this guy any time in the last 140 years. 0
