Yugo M48 firing pin_same as K98?

    NOPE, THE YUGO'S ARE ABOUT 1/4" SHORTER. IT'S NOT EASY TO SHORTEN ONE EITHER. IF THE TIP IS BROKEN, YOU COULD 'RE-TIP' IT.

    I confess to not taking careful measurements, but why cant the M98 pin be altered as shown in the photo? S40

    Nice pic S40. Your thoughts look spot on but I favor retipping the origional if practable (depends on the break). You get set the pin diameter to fit the bolt that way. With a nice quality job no one will ever know where or when it was repaired.
