Winchester Legacy 38-55 DOM 2006?

Has anyone heard or had any hammer/spring problems with this rifle? I have been experiencing rounds not being fired. 3 different kinds of ammo including my own loads.

Did not pay much like new. Replaced hammer spring guide rod. This was slipping away from the hammer where it engages it. That works fine now. Just not firing. It is making firing pin contact. I guess I should stay with my antiques.

Any thoughts would be helpful.
