    5mmgunguy,

    For a reloading press?

If yes, then I would call or e-mail Lee or Redding. Both have been cooperative with requests for slight variations on their products. Actually Forster would be a good bet also.

If not then a little more explanation, please.

    Best.

    ADDED:

CH4D does a lot of custom work, give them a call.

    Best.

Yes it is for RCBS Rockchucker press. What I need is for the HK 4.6x30mm. It will almost fit in the shell holder for the 5.7x28mm but not quite. I would like a shell holder for reloading and then one with a solid base on for forming as a normal shell holder has little support on such a small case.

    5mmgunguy,

If this was my problem, I'd set a 5.7x28mm shell holder up in a mill to open up the area for the head to fit. Then using a small key cutter of the appropriate diameter. I would cut the slot for the rim.

A solid one would just have to start on the lathe to get the right diameters and heights (lengths) then switch to the mill for a repeat of the above in a similar fashion.

    Best.

nononsense and grady, thanks for telling me to try CH4D. That were the ticket, they make two shell holders, they were in stock, one with no hole for priming and one with. They were like $7 apiece. They work perfect!!
