HELP I.D. .32acp MAGAZINE

Here is another magazine I need help identifying. Although it's plainly stamped 7.65mm I do NOT recognize the logo on the bottom plate.

Also, capacity is 8-rounds, correct?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time. [:)]

  Looks like a JP Sauer logo.
  I think THINK it is for a Model 38H because of the stud on the side to lift a magazine disconnector which that model has.

  Recently sold a 38H and I'd say that IS the mag.
