fuzzy fore end

the wood checkering on my shotgun picked up alot of fuzz when i wiped it down.i have tried velcro and scotch tape to no avail.any suggestions out there?

  The old stand by, a soft bristle brush like an old tooth brush.

  A little Ballistol and a "non" fuzzy cloth like a old pair of underwear

  I'm sure I'll be chastized by saying this BUT, Use a small torch, and pass the flame VERY QUICKLY over the area. It will not harm the finish, but poof the fuzz is gone. EXAMPLE---Pass the flame over your finger, and you won't even feel it, but poof the hair is gone! PHEW. HAWKSHAW
